The promise of AI-driven transformation often stalls at the point where experimentation should evolve into measurable business impact.
Why? Because most organizations have not adequately prepared for integrating AI into their operations and structures.
AI readiness is a decisive factor for organizational competitiveness in the digital economy.

AI literacy has been shown to be a major factor in shaping workforce opinions of AI and its adoption. If employees do not have the relevant skills and awareness, they are more likely to distrust the technology and less likely to be productive and innovative in its use.
Yet only 16% of executives consider their people to be AI-ready, and only 1 in 5 employers has an AI upskilling programme in place.*
To support you on your AI journey, DWG Consulting can conduct a focused assessment of your employees’ attitudes towards AI and the skills they will need to use it effectively through a People AI Readiness Discovery Project.
The core aim of the project is to help clients build a strong foundation of AI literacy within their employee base.

Using DWG’s Framework for Digital Workplace AI Literacy, our methodology for assessing the competence and confidence of employees and the gaps that must be filled by upskilling, the evaluation has three key elements:
Understanding the readiness of your workforce to use AI through a tailored, survey-based assessment of employee perspectives and their levels of AI confidence and competence (e.g. ‘I know how to prompt AI to get useful outputs’; ‘I recognize when I have put too much trust in AI’).
Interviewing a select group of employees to dig deeper into their motivations and attitudes and the support they might need to embrace AI.
Informing your AI upskilling work with a clear view of the current picture and the gaps revealed by it, including in the data and digital skills on which AI literacy critically depends (see above). Research shows that holistic digital upskilling programmes of this kind deliver greater return on investment than piecemeal initiatives.
DWG brings deep expertise and real-world experience to help organizations navigate the complexities of the digital workplace. Through our membership community, consulting engagements and research programme we have built an extensive knowledge base of industry best practice which we exploit flexibly to deliver value-driven guidance and support.
On AI, we take a level-headed view of the opportunities for advancement and the implementation challenges. Our priority is to help organizations articulate their strategy and ask the right questions to ensure AI technology fits seamlessly into their digital workplace infrastructure.
