“One of the judges said: ‘This is a great example of seizing the moment, of really recognizing a key inflection point and not just adapting, but pivoting in order to thrive.”
- Elizabeth Marsh, DWG
In this episode of Digital Workplace Impact, Nancy is joined by Ash Arora, Director of User Experience at Charles Schwab, and DWG’s Research Director, Elizabeth Marsh, who come together to discuss the winners of the Digital Workplace of the Year Awards 2021.
Elizabeth, who leads on the awards programme, and Ash, one of the judges, share the key themes that stood out for them, namely hybrid working, employee experience and wellbeing – plus, of course, they expand upon the impressive winning entries.
2021 marked the fifth year of the awards programme, and so as well as looking forward and offering advice to entrants of the 2022 awards, Elizabeth and Ash also look back over the past four years, reflecting on the insights and reoccurring themes that have arisen.
This episode gives you an exciting glimpse of what can be achieved and will inspire you to share your story, wherever you may be on your digital workplace journey.
