Entering the Digital Workplace Awards 2026 couldn't be easier. Simply follow the 3 steps below and don't forget to listen to our episode of the Digital Workplace Impact podcast, where our judges discuss the application process and timescales for anyone considering taking part.

3. Sit back and wait
Entry criteria:
- Don’t feel you need to be perfect to enter!
- All organizations entering the Awards must have at least 1,000 employees.
- No consultants or vendors can submit an entry, unless on behalf of a client organization.
- Incomplete entries cannot be accepted.
- Submissions for this year are now closed.
- We may contact you for clarification when reviewing submitted entries.
- We will not disclose names of non-winners.
- By entering, you give DWG full permission to use your winning entry in promotions, publications and presentations. Winners will have the opportunity to review and sign off before publication.
