Why experience is the heartbeat of a modern digital workplace

Why experience is the heartbeat of a modern digital workplace

“The technology is there, but it’s also about the cultural and physical environment. To me, it’s all three dimensions that make up the employee experience.”

– Morten Dal, PANDORA

Employee experience has become an increasingly hot topic over the last few years, fuelling many internal projects to attract and retain talent. Recorded live at Digital Workplace Experience in June, this episode looks at the importance of employee experience in the digital workplace.

Featuring Morten Dal, Karen Downs and Kate Herrick, who all spoke at the conference, Paul Miller probes them on what employee experience means, how it compares to customer experience and the role of leadership.

They share what has worked and what hasn’t, the importance of selling such initiatives internally and why they love what they do.
