Woman ticking one of selection of boxesAs part of its 2013 Research Programme, IBF is conducting a survey on how organizations manage and support online collaboration. Everybody who participates in the survey will get a summary of the results and relative analysis.

Within any organization, online collaboration comes in many shades. This can range from more formal collaboration such as project or team workspaces to more informal and “social” collaboration, for example using microblogging. Tools such as instant messaging also facilitate personal communication.

With collaboration critical to business success and also widespread through the workforce, central teams invariably have a challenge in ensuring that online collaboration runs smoothly. We want to hear how your organization supports users and establishes governance, as well as your successes and challenges.
