Remote working has grown by 115% since 2008 and it’s predicted that 38% of full-time employees will be working remotely over the next 10 years*. There’s no denying that work has left the office, but for how long? Despite the plethora of benefits that come with remote working, we have to ask ourselves: how well-equipped are leaders for “network leadership”; what options will there be for those who choose not to work remotely; and are we really able to keep up with and make the most of the technology and tools in this space?

Our guests (who are both speakers at the forthcoming Digital Workplace Experience 2018 conference), Dion Hinchcliffe and Rita Zonius, share their thoughts on the above, along with their insights and experiences as they talk to Paul Miller. Follow the conversation as they discuss the need for social interaction, disseminating culture, acclimatizing to change and minimizing employee disengagement.
