Remote working has grown by 115% since 2008 and it’s predicted that 38% of full-time employees will be working remotely over the next 10 years*. There’s no denying that work has left the office, but for how long? Despite the plethora of benefits that come with remote working, we have to ask ourselves: how well-equipped are leaders for “network leadership”; what options will there be for those who choose not to work remotely; and are we really able to keep up with and make the most of the technology and tools in this space?
