Three great Paul Miller recordings on digital leadership

November 3, 2016 Updated: April 29, 2025

talks-image-blogMessage from Paul Miller: It’s been an amazing few weeks. I had the pleasure of participating in the global Cisco Leadership series, the Harvard Business Review’s online webinar series and being interviewed on Brian Solis’s podcast Digital Outliers. Now these three great recordings are available for download. I hope you’ll check them out, share them with leaders in your life, and let me know what you think.

Harvard Business Review webinar

In the Harvard Business Review webinar “How to Create a Digital Workplace”, Paul Miller, CEO and Founder of the Digital Workplace Group (DWG), and author of The Digital Renaissance of Work: Delivering digital workplaces fit for the future, outlines what’s needed to make digital workplaces sustainable and a source of competitive advantage. Paul explains that companies need to focus on four key areas: strategy and approach; stakeholders and buy-in; the governance framework; and implementation and measurement. Organizations that follow a structured checklist for these activities are much more likely to see success in their digital workplace programmes.

Cisco Digital Workplace Leadership series

In the learning webinar sponsored by Cisco Collaborative Knowledge, titled “From Dictator to Influencer: Leadership in the New Era of the Digital Workplace,” Paul Miller takes a look at advanced topics facing digital workplace leaders today. Too many leaders are still struggling with – or worse, ignoring –  the clear call to adapt to the digital workplace. Leaders need to move from command to conversation, must understand who they lead and should increase their virtual presence.

Digital Outliers: Bringing Digital Literacy to the C-Suite

In this episode of BMC’s Digital Outliers, host Brian Solis interviews Paul Miller, CEO and founder of the Digital Workplace Group, about how critically important it is for corporate leaders to add digital literacy to their more traditional management skillsets.
