Our approach to AI readiness discovery
The discovery project has three main stages:
1. Assess
Workshops with core teams will provide a current view of your AI readiness in terms of digital workplace strategy, technology and people, and identify the key internal stakeholders for further engagement.
2. Engage
Through stakeholder interviews, we will evaluate in more detail the gaps in your AI readiness across critical aspects of the digital workplace, including governance and decision making, technology integration, data operations, user experience, change management capabilities and ethics policies.
3. Plan
