The Digital Workplace Group (DWG) membership family is growing!

May 7, 2020

The first few months of 2020 have been really busy for us here at DWG – of course in terms of the global pandemic, but even more so in our business-as-usual areas of membership, consulting and benchmarking. In just four months we have welcomed five new members and 16 membership renewals.

One of our new members is actually a returning member, Barclays. After receiving an award at the Digital Workplace of the Year Awards last year, (entries for 2020 are now open), we are excited to have Barclays back in the fold.

Barclays has been joined by another financial institution, Standard Bank, which offers banking and financial services to individuals, businesses, institutions and corporations in Africa and abroad. We look forward to getting to know all our new members equally and seeing what unfolds over the coming year.

The DWG Member Forum is a confidential, members-only group. Membership combines online and in-person peer learning with expert research and practical insights into how others have solved challenges, based on more than 700 evaluations of major organizations. Learn more about the benefits of becoming a DWG member here.

Our 2020 renewing members include luxury goods giant Richemont, travel commerce experts Travelport and the devolved government of Scotland, Scottish Government. As always, our membership forum is diverse, which in turn promotes different ways of thinking and learning from each other for better results.

DWG Consulting

We have also been busy with quite a number of new consulting projects, even multiple projects for a couple of members.  The main areas of focus right now are;

  • Accessibility
  • Digital workplace strategy
  • Broadcast capability

DWG consulting services provides vendor-neutral, unbiased, high-quality advice and practical hands-on support for digital workplace and intranets. Find out more about our consulting services here.

DWG Benchmarking

We have several benchmarking evaluations in the DWG armory but the one of the moment is the Digital Workplace Maturity Benchmark and we have already run several of these so far in 2020. The evaluation helps an organization to understand how its overall digital workplace is functioning in order to develop a vision of where it should be in future – find out more here.

At DWG we feel that it really is a privilege to work with so many varied organizations and to be a part of their digital workplace journeys, especially in such turbulent and ever-changing times. We are looking forward to the coming months to see how we all grow, evolve and embrace the challenges.
