Digital Workplace Group (DWG) is delighted to be celebrating 10 years of EY membership!
The DWG Member Forum is a confidential, members-only group. Membership combines online and in-person peer learning with access to expert research and practical insights into how others have solved challenges, based on more than 700 evaluations of major organizations. Learn more about the benefits of becoming a DWG member here.
EY joined the DWG Member Forum towards the end of 2009 and the team have been very active members ever since. EY team members have taken part in AskDWG sessions and have joined DWG member meetings each year, where they have shared their knowledge and experience as well as learning from the journeys of other members.
During the same period, DWG has delivered numerous benchmarking and consulting projects and has helped EY to focus on providing the ultimate employee digital experience to suit its (growing) audience, 68% of whom are considered digital natives.
Gregory S Nemeth, Technology & Digital Platforms Leader at EY said: “The Digital Workplace Group has been an outstanding partner throughout our digital journey for the last 10 years. Their insight and facilitation have been tremendous, and they have connected us with an inspiring group of peers and fellow practitioners. We have learned and benefited greatly from this network.”
Our latest Digital Workplace Impact podcast features this story. Recorded in person at a DWG member meeting in New York, Chase Mohr and Jess Woods talked to Paul Miller to explain how EY is engaging the most connected young workers, through innovative product design, tailored search experiences and an unexpected chatbot!
DWG Founder and CEO, Paul Miller, said: “EY is a fascinating organization. During the EY team’s time with DWG, I have seen them evolve their ideas and practice so much – and, in recent years particularly, the attention they have placed on capturing and accessing their deep knowledge and expertise has been very powerful. They are thinking globally, and we have enjoyed being a part of their journey so far.”
