IBF to Host Exclusive Breakfast Featuring Disney/ABC Television Group and Toyota

February 25, 2011 by

How many times have you walked by an amazing house and wished that you could see what it looks like inside?

With the Digital Workplace Group (DWG), you get that same type of inside look. But, instead of walking through the door to a house, you’re crossing over the threshold into the intranets of well-known household brands.

In Los Angeles on March 22 we will be hosting our next “Wake Up and Smell the Intranets” breakfast. The breakfast is an exclusive, in person experience for both current and prospective DWG members. We are very excited to feature live intranet tours from Disney/ ABC Television Group and Toyota.

Disney/ABC Television Group will demonstrate the features of their newly redesigned intranet, which includes a news carousel, events calendar, robust enterprise search and social media capabilities.

Topics of discussion during Toyota’s live tour will include using online communities to facilitate global knowledge sharing and providing feedback on questions in the intranet environment.

We have a small number of places for specially invited intranet managers from such organizations as Amgen, AT&T, Charles Schwab, Ernst & Young, Kraft and others.

During this two-hour breakfast, attendees will have a chance to:

  • See live and uncut tours of the Disney/ABC Television Group and Toyota intranets in a confidential setting.
  • Share experiences with colleagues from a specially invited set of major organizations.
  • Hear where intranets are really heading from DWG’s CEO and Founder Paul Miller — one of the leaders in shaping the intranet industry and host of Digital Workplace Live and IBF 24.
  • Understand what IBF does and how our confidential membership works.

To take up this unique invitation, register on our website and an IBF colleague will confirm your place. Space is limited for this invitation-only event. We hope to see you there!

N.B. This event is reserved for Fortune 500 or equivalent organizations. It is not not open to consultants and vendors.
