IBF members rated highly as flexible employers

DWG members past and present are well-represented in a list of the UK’s most flexible employers, published in the Guardian newspaper. In fact, of the top 10 organizations in the Working Families survey, four are current members of our benchmarking community while a fifth is a long-time former member.
Flexible working is one of the eight areas we evaluate and provide recommendations and member comparisons on as part of our ‘Metrics & Performance’ benchmarking.
