Gain insights into intranet strategy and governance: participate in our survey

June 11, 2012 by

Image of Globe Made of Puzzle PiecesHow do you define and refresh intranet strategy in your organization?   Is it aligned to your wider business strategy? What structures have you got in place to ensure intranet governance on both a strategic and operational level?  Have you got senior management sponsorship of our intranet, and if so, do they actually get involved?

If you are interested in the answer to any of these questions and would like to get key insights into how organizations are managing their intranet strategy and governance then participate in our intranet strategy and governance survey.  Everybody completing the survey will get a summary of the results.

Having a relevant strategy and the necessary governance in place is absolutely key to intranet success. Without these in place, intranets and projects often fail.  However achieving this is not always easy, and new challenges have emerged, for example in the use of social tools.

As part of our 2012 research program, The Digital Workplace Group (DWG) is currently working on a research report which looks at the state of intranet strategy and governance today.  This will be made available to IBF Members in the Summer.

To complement our research briefing, we want to get a snapshot of how  intranet governance and strategy are being carried out.  You can help us by completing the following survey, which should take 5 minutes or so. All answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and will not be passed on.

For more details please visit our privacy statement at http://members.digitalworkplacegroup.com/?privacy.  As already stated, all participants will get a summary of the results with analysis.
