Digital Workplace Impact Podcast – Episode 11 – Can Knowledge Management save the world?

July 10, 2017

This latest episode in our series of Digital Workplace Impact podcasts asks what is Knowledge Management, why does it matter and how big a difference can it make?

Knowledge Management (KM) played a vital role during the recent Zika crisis: the effective gathering and sharing of information by health professionals around the world had a material impact on restricting and treating the virus.

It seems that, after some ups and downs for the field, KM is on the rise again. However, there is still some ambiguity over the term Knowledge Management, leading to debate as to what exactly it comprises.

To demystify the terminology, Paul Miller talks to KPMG’s Giovanni Piazza and Microsoft’s Jean-Claude Monney, who define Knowledge Management in simple terms, outline its key components and tell us how to harness its true potential for maximum results.
