Persona-driven user experience behind Mayo Clinic’s intranet
According to US News & World Report, the Mayo Clinic is the top hospital in the United States. Now the same can be said about its intranet.
The Mayo Clinic won a 2014 Best Intranet award in Nielsen Norman Group’s annual global competition. The Mayo Clinic won in large part due to the persona-driven user experience strategy behind the design.
