Thanks for visiting the Digital Workplace Group (DWG) website. You'll see this post may refer to the "Intranet Benchmarking Forum (IBF)," the "Digital Workplace Forum (DWF)" or "IBF Live." But that doesn't match our website name!

In a nutshell, we merged IBF and DWF into one service and changed our name to "Digital Workplace Group." The new name represents the broader set of services we've grown to offer, beyond an original focus on just intranets. We also changed the name of our monthly webinar from "IBF Live" to "Digital Workplace Live."

Although we've relabelled things, we're proud of our decade+ history and have left this page intact. Enjoy your time on our site and please contact us with any questions or comments.

Natalie Pratt, Global Intranet Manager at GfK, works in the Corporate Communications office and has a self-confessed trait common to many intranet managers: she’s “addicted to helping others”.

GfK is one of the world’s leading research companies. Its industry focus includes Automotive, Consumer Goods, Energy, Fashion, Financial Services, Health, Media and Entertainment, Professional Services, Public Services, Retail, Technology and Travel & Logistics.

GfK’s intranet, called gNet, serves over 11,000 employees who work in over 100 markets around the world. In addition to other features, GfK’s intranet plays a critical role in supporting global expert communities.

As the runner up in the My Beautiful Intranet (Goes Social) competition, GfK’s intranet was noted by the contest’s judges as being “very attractive, with a highly appealing visual design that also combines social features”.

  1. Hello,

I attended your webinar for Gfk’s social intranet on August 6th. I was wondering if you had a recording from this that I could share with team members as we start to explore social enterprise options.

    Thanks,
