Marc was initially hired in 2010 to oversee the development of an Enterprise Social Network at Ubisoft, transitioning from a waterfall to an agile methodology. He also built a community management strategy with multiple ways to engage with their internal staff and was a pioneer in data analytics to drive adoption.

In this episode of Digital Workplace Impact, Paul Miller talks to Marc Bramoullé, Director of Knowledge Management Services at Ubisoft, who won the Digital Workplace Leader of the Year Award 2019. The awards celebrate exceptional digital workplaces and the practitioners who bring them to life – and the winners were announced in Chicago at the Digital Workplace Experience 2019 in June.
For nearly a decade, Marc has been at the forefront of a series of radical changes to Ubisoft’s digital workplace environment. He’s been hands-on with various aspects of the programme over the years, including enterprise search, the enterprise social network, content strategy and management, as well as developing the digital workplace vision.
