Patrik Bergman joins Digital Workplace Group
Digital Workplace Group (DWG) is delighted to announce that Patrik Bergman has joined our team as Community Manager for the Nordics.
Patrik joins us from Haldex where, most recently, he was Communication Platform Manager. Patrik brings with him more than 20 years’ experience, which include four years as a technical writer, web master and product manager; four years of PhD studies focusing on games and learning; six years as a concept developer and script writer for eLearning; and six years working with intranets, the digital workplace and communication. Combining all this, he has an incredible depth of knowledge and an impressive contact book!
Patrik’s role at DWG will be to build a rich network of people in the Nordics, enabling them to share each other’s best practices and learn from each other. On joining DWG, Patrik said: “When the chance appeared to join the DWG team, there was no doubt in my mind, I just said yes! A lot of smart, generous and fun people whom I have met at many conferences and online for years, are now my colleagues. By adding organizations in the Nordics as DWG members, and matching them with organizations with similar challenges globally, we can quickly build knowledge together. To help each other is especially crucial in the coming years when so many are expected to work remotely.”
Edward Taylor, Executive Director at DWG, says: “We are delighted that Patrik has joined the DWG team. He is a well-regarded digital workplace practitioner, with a keen interest in the technology space and emerging trends. He will be playing a key role in helping to develop our presence in the Nordics, supporting the newly launched DWG Institute, and providing his insights and knowledge to the wider DWG team.”
We are all very much looking forward to working with Patrik and to expanding the DWG membership family further into the Nordics – we all have much to learn from each other.
