It means propelling your organization to success in the digital age, rather than risking being one of the majority that are currently failing at digital transformation.
In this report we describe the journey to becoming an “Inside-Out Digital Leader”. This means growing the skillset that will enable you to fully leverage the digital workplace and adopting a set of principles that will help guide your practices and approach in the digital world of work.
The report looks at the skills and principles leaders need, and explores a number of inspiring examples of digital leaders as well as providing self-assessment diagnostics. Finally we cover the role of the digital workplace and how to lead in it.
