DWG’s new exclusive member research report ‘Evolving the employee mobile experience: six key approaches for success” examines six of the foundational approaches that organizations need to take in order to successfully evolve the mobile experience within their organization.
The great majority of digital workplace and intranet strategies aim to create a platform that provides access for employees regardless of time, location and device. Access from mobile devices helps support more flexible working patterns, drives efficiency and extends channels to frontline workers.
Despite the obvious benefits, progress has generally been piecemeal to date.
