How should we use artificial intelligence in the digital workplace?

20 June 2022

In 2017, respected analysts such as Gartner were predicting that by 2021 two fifths of all new applications used in the enterprise would include AI. Gartner has also stated that, in 2022, the AI software market will reach a whopping $62.5 billion, an increase of 21.3% from 2021. Anecdotally, we see many digital workplace teams using products that include AI or machine learning.

If they haven’t already done so, it’s imperative for organizations to consider how AI fits into their strategies. In particular, this is an area digital workplace teams need to be considering, including how to use AI to improve processes, help employees find what they need, drive adoption, improve the employee experience, and more.
