Evolving the employee experience of mobile
DWG’s new research report Evolving the employee experience of mobile: Six key approaches to success revisits the world of enterprise mobility, and how employees are accessing the digital workplace, and related content and services on mobile devices. It is an update of our report from 2017.
This new 2022 edition therefore updates the original research, but has been written more or less from scratch, taking a fresh look at trends, practices and case studies.
The report covers six key approaches that organisations are taking to deliver a strong employee experience via mobile, covering everything from taking a joined up approach to keeping an eye on the future. In particular, it references using mobile devices to connect and communicate with the frontline workforce.
The research also includes three case studies from Adobe, Stagecoach and Heathrow Airport, the latter repeated from the previous report.

About DWG research
The Digital Workplace Group (DWG) carries out research into best practice in intranet and portal deployment. Covering the hottest topics in the intranet world, the studies we undertake are rooted in practical examples from among DWG member organizations as well as leading non-member companies. The results of this in-depth research act as a basis for decision-making, a source of ideas, and the basis for rich interactions between participants at DWG meetings. Generally, members are given exclusive access to our findings, although we do from time to time make a report available to non-members.
