Digital Workplace Group (DWG) celebrates another year of MetLife membership
MetLife joined the DWG Member Forum in 2014, and at DWG we are delighted that the company has just renewed its membership for the sixth year running, a great testament to our strong relationship.
Over the years, the MetLife team have been very active DWG members, taking advantage of our benchmarking expertise, member meetings and webinars, plus their feedback via our annual member survey and other channels has helped inform our content programming.
Nancy Goebel, Managing Director, Membership & Strategic Partnerships at DWG, says: “It’s always a pleasure working with the MetLife team and exciting to see where they will go next. Their truly “global approach” to the digital workplace saw them win a much-deserved Digital Workplace of the Year Award and we are proud to have been part of that journey with them.”
When MetLife won the Digital Workplace of the Year Award for Global Approach in 2018, the judges noted that the company was taking a truly global approach to its digital workplace journey – from bringing together multiple intranets on a global platform, to translation into 10 languages, which means reaching 98% of employees in their native language. As one of the judges commented: “This is a very large-scale, successful project and they have mastered the added complexity of a multilingual digital workplace and governance.”
The DWG Member Forum is a confidential, members-only group. Membership combines online and in-person peer learning with expert research and practical insights into how others have solved challenges, based on more than 700 evaluations of major organizations.
