Finalists are recognized across categories such as AI Champion, Digital Innovator, Rock Star Leader, Women’s Advocate and Rising Star, highlighting the breadth of leadership required to drive meaningful transformation in today’s organizations.
Nancy Goebel’s inclusion as a finalist reflects her long-standing contribution to the digital workplace field and her leadership of DWG’s global member community. As CEO, she works closely with senior leaders across major organizations to navigate the practical challenges of digital transformation, including the responsible adoption of AI, the evolution of employee experience and the design of more human‑centred ways of working.
