Technostress and digital mindfulness: Protecting employee wellbeing in the digital workplace

About this Research Spotlight

In this session DWG’s Director of Research Elizabeth Marsh will present highlights from her doctoral research at the University of Nottingham on technostress and digital mindfulness.

Published in peer-reviewed academic journals, her findings highlight the wellbeing challenges faced by digital workers and support the case for organizations to invest in strong digital workplace teams and practices. New findings from research in progress on digital mindfulness also demonstrate how we can all protect our wellbeing online by cultivating a more mindful approach.
