Technology Insights: Innovation in digital workplace AI and automation – ONLINE
Since ChatGPT exploded into our collective consciousness at the end of 2022, generative AI has become an increasingly common topic for discussion amongst our members at DWG.
Digital Workplace and IT teams are exploring the potential for this technology and looking at opportunities for corporate communicators and HR to use both generative AI and automation to better support employees, whilst understanding any risks and concerns.
This two-hour online Technology Insights from DWG will explore these topics.
We will:
- outline DWG CEO Nancy Goebel’s predictions for the use of AI within the digital employee experience (DEX)
- discuss AI technology roadmaps with selected DEX platform providers – LumApps, Omnia and TyGraph/Avepoint – looking at how they are incorporating AI into their functionality to enable the digital workplace to better serve employees
- signpost our recent research into AI and automation, which looks at opportunities, identifies risks and considers future innovation.
Please note that this session is open to practitioners only.
