Rewilding Work Trailblazers: Reimagining Innovation

About this meeting

On Wednesday May 17, 2023, a carefully curated group of up to 25 trailblazing leaders focused on the evolution and future of work, from large corporates and selected public sector organizations, will gather virtually for three and a half hours to take part in an inspiring and fascinating DWG Rewilding Work Trailblazers session.

Under the banner of Reimagining a healthy approach to innovation, we will:

• Share and hear each other’s challenges, successes and emergent practices related to healthy, ethical innovation.
• Go deeper into what healthy innovation means as we move forward into the future of work, with examples from organizations.
• Participate in two breakouts to explore questions of:
  • how to encourage diversity within innovation work
  • unintended consequences of innovation.

In addition, there will be an opportunity to participate in a reflective exercise focused on the concept of ‘Regeneration’ to help stretch thinking.
