Overview

Our European Member Meeting will be hosted by BT Global at its fantastic new global HQ in London, on June 12-13, 2024. The theme of the two day meeting will focus around the topic: When physical meets the new digital at BT.

Built to give you access to DWG expertise and engage you with a top-notch practitioner network, DWG Member Meetings are a unique opportunity to share with some of the world’s leading companies. Over two full days, you’ll participate with live benchmarking, hear member insights, take part in inspiring conversations, see live tours, and much more. We’re all on the journey!

Agenda highlights:

  • A tour and hands-on demos of BT Global’s ‘Future Zone’ including smart cities, retail, domestic tech, medical innovations and the Proto hologram.
  • An expert-led benchmark that gives a real-time vantage view of DWG members’ successes, challenges and ambitions.
  • A chance to step into a DWG Technology Lab for adigital workplace showcase with select technology providers, including interactive roundtable discussions.
  • Plus, time to network one-on-one with your peers in a confidential setting.

Why attend?

DWG Member Meetings are different from your typical digital workplace and intranet conferences in that we emphasize open, honest, constructive and confidential dialog.

Hear what our members say about our Member Meetings:

These two-day in-person sessions bring together up to 50 digital workplace practitioners from across our membership, and allow attendees to:

  • understand the challenges and successes others are experiencing (you’ll find you’re not the only one facing a challenge)
  • get into direct conversations with the right peers (and speak them about how they’re managing aspects of their digital workplace)
  • ask questions in a safe space (and get the answers)
  • go back to their workplace with renewed energy and enthusiasm (thanks to a raft of practical advice and coaching from our DWG team).

Who could you meet?

DWG Member Meetings are a unique opportunity to engage, share with some of the world’s leading organizations via our member network. Our recent Member Meeting brought together members such as Adobe, Campbell Soup Company, JP Morgan, Koch Industries, The Coca-Cola Company and Wells Fargo to name but a few. Find out who else you could be networking with.

“The DWG in-person member meeting was an incredible gathering of top thought leaders from a varied collection of companies spanning many industries with worldwide reach.
