Live Tour: Featuring Kaiser Permanente’s virtual assistant ‘Kai’
Live Tour is a unique online intranet show from DWG. Going out live on the first Tuesday of every month, it’s unmissable for anyone who works with intranets, portals and intelligent workplaces.
About this event
Founded in 1945, Kaiser Permanente has a mission to provide high-quality, affordable health care services and to improve the health of its members and the communities it serves. For our March Live Tour, we will be joined by Robert Hitomi, Director Workforce Experience, to learn more about the team’s recently launched virtual assistant, Kai.
In this session, we’ll hear Kai’s ‘origin story’, including:
- the technology used to build Kai
- how Kai is personalized to match workforce profiles
- where Kai gets its knowledge and how that content is governed
- what’s next for Kai.
And, of course, we’ll get a live look at Kai and hear how the virtual assistant fits into Kaiser’s broader digital workplace initiatives designed to support its 216,000 employees across seven states.
