This Research Spotlight will explore just why intranets have survived and the clues this gives us into what may happen in this space over the next five years. It will ask whether generative AI poses an existential threat to intranets and, if not, how will it impact the experience of intranet users? We will also cover some practices teams can carry out to ensure their intranets remain focused on the future, and the session will reference case studies and examples featured in the research.
