The internal communications landscape has gotten increasingly complex over the last few years, with new channels and mediums maturing and becoming available. Video, podcasting, town halls, articles, enterprise social, digital signage… How do you finesse the right message for the right audience in the right place, while being mindful of information overload?
This AskDWG discussion will be a 1-hour session dedicated to bringing together DWG members who are currently focused on their omnichannel communications approach.
Shimrit Janes (Director of Knowledge) and Andrea Brant (Member Adviser) will be co-hosting this discussion circle, where members will have the opportunity to share and discuss their successes, challenges, questions and learnings around the different ways in which they’re working with multiple channels across the digital workplace.
