About this session

For organizations that span multiple regions, there lies an eternal question: how do you balance global needs with local ones? How do you create the feeling of ‘one organization’, while still being sensitive to local practices and cultures? Across communications, content, even tools, there is a dance between ‘one for all’ and adaptation.

This AskDWG discussion will be a 1-hour session dedicated to bringing together DWG members who are currently focused on their global/local approach.

Shimrit Janes (Director of Knowledge) and Andrea Brant (Member Adviser) will be co-hosting this discussion circle, where members will have the opportunity to share and discuss their successes, challenges, questions and learnings around the different ways in which they’re working with the global/local balance across the digital workplace.
