Samantha “Sam” Fisher is an executive real estate leader with over 15 years’ experience, primarily within Corporate Real Estate organizations, focused on strategies and operations that enhance experience and deliver business value for her clients. Understanding that workplace is a vital part of the business ecosystem for any organization, Sam develops creative and holistic solutions for her clients that optimize their real estate portfolios, support shifts in workforce operations and balance objectives spanning multiple time horizons.

In her current role as Director of Workplace Strategy for Transwestern Real Estate Services, she is leveraging her diverse background across design and construction, associate services, technology, sustainability, and marketing and communications to bring a people-centric lens to workplace design, activate the use of workplace data to drive real estate decisions, and encourage conversation around workplace that incorporates behavioural and experience considerations in concert with financial factors.
