We are excited to announce the opening of DWG’s awards programme. The Digital Workplace Group Awards 2025 celebrate those organizations and practitioners who have excelled in creating well-executed, high-performing digital workplaces.
This year we have streamlined the entry process, better enabling you, the entrant, to tell us why your digital workplace or intranet stands out. There will be a range of opportunities to win for demonstrating outstanding practice and impact.
Simply enter your digital workplace programme or initiative by filling in our application form and uploading any supporting documents or files.

How to enter the awards
Entering the Digital Workplace Group Awards 2025 couldn't be easier. Simply follow the 3 steps below and don't forget to listen to our latest episode of the Digital Workplace Impact podcast, where our judges discuss the application process and timescales for anyone considering taking part.
1. Fill in application form
2. Send your entry
3. Sit back and wait
Entry criteria:
- Don’t feel you need to be perfect to enter!
- All organizations entering the Awards must have at least 1,000 employees.
- No consultants or vendors can submit an entry, unless on behalf of a client organization.
- Incomplete entries cannot be accepted.
- The submission deadline is midnight (BST) on June 27, 2025.
- We may contact you for clarification when reviewing submitted entries.
- We will not disclose names of non-winners.
- By entering, you give DWG full permission to use your winning entry in promotions, publications and presentations. Winners will have the opportunity to review and sign off before publication.
