Organizational readiness
DWG’s new research briefing paper Organizational readiness: What digital workplace teams need to know takes a deep dive into the subject of organizational readiness for digital working, and what digital workplace teams need to consider for the longer term in a post-pandemic world.
Focusing on three different “levels” of readiness – organizational systems, team cultivation and individual capability – the report covers relevant trends and thinking points on a range of subjects including wellbeing, leadership and teams working together.
The report builds on an earlier DWG organizational readiness framework and draws on the DWG research programme, DWG member resources and publicly available sources.
As a DWG member, you can download the full report – non-members can download an excerpt of the report for free.

About DWG research
The Digital Workplace Group (DWG) carries out research into best practice in intranet and portal deployment. Covering the hottest topics in the intranet world, the studies we undertake are rooted in practical examples from among DWG member organizations as well as leading non-member companies. The results of this in-depth research act as a basis for decision-making, a source of ideas, and the basis for rich interactions between participants at DWG meetings. Generally, members are given exclusive access to our findings, although we do from time to time make a report available to non-members.
