About this Research Spotlight
Leading organizations are focusing on employee experience as a crucial part of their success, not just an add-on. To enhance employee satisfaction and boost productivity, they’re learning directly from their employees how to transform the digital experience.
Join us on January 25 for our first Research Spotlight of the new year, when Mirsad Capric, DWG Lead Consultant, will provide a briefing on our most recent report, Employee engagement: Harnessing insights that shape the digital workplace.
In this research, we explore best practices on how to shift away from a top-down approach to instead engaging and learning from employees to evolve the digital workplace.
During this spotlight we’ll explore:
- The history of user engagement – when did we start listening to them?
- Insights from key stakeholders – who are we listening to and why?
- Engaging colleagues for feedback – how are we going to listen to them?
- Embedding engagement into governance – when will we listen to them?
We’ll also hear real-life examples from forward-thinking organizations on how they engage their colleagues to continually enhance the digital workplace.
Mirsad Capric is an award-winning digital strategist and product manager. He was most recently a Digital Strategy & Platforms Manager at Citi, where he led a team that managed external and employee-facing, global digital programmes and channels.
