Research Spotlight: Advanced practices for connected hybrid workplaces
Hosted by Nancy Goebel, Deputy CEO and Content Producer Beth Gleba, Research Spotlights are DWG’s members’ only virtual lab where we come together to work through issues that matter in the digital workplace.
About this Research Spotlight
DWG’s new research paper Hybrid work reimagined: Advanced practices for connected workplaces examines what digital workplace teams need to consider to support the new hybrid workplace.
In our next Research Spotlight, we’ll be joined in the studio by author and DWG Director of Knowledge, Shimrit Janes. She’ll provide us with an executive overview of this in-depth and practical report, which explores the structures, challenges, enablers and practices that sit beneath the concept of hybrid working.
During this session we will:
- review emerging research from a range of sources, established good digital workplace practices from DWG’s own research knowledge base and vignettes illustrating how a range of organizations are approaching hybrid working
- review activities and questions that can help teams and leaders to define and implement hybrid plans
- and, of course, create an open space for questions and idea sharing in our confidential member setting.
