About this meeting
On Thursday, February 13, 2025, a carefully curated group of up to 25 leaders in the evolution and future of work will gather virtually for an inspiring and fascinating DWG Trailblazers session.
Under the banner of Trailblazers: Evolving digital leadership and skills for the future digital workplace, we will:
- Hear what successes and challenges people are experiencing in their digital leadership.
- Have an armchair chat with a pioneering digital executive about their leadership journey.
- Explore the skills needed for pioneering digital leadership.
- In breakout groups, dive deeper into how digital leadership needs to evolve.
- We will also be weaving in time for both collective and individual sense-making.
We’re excited to get deeper into how digital workplace leaders can grow their leadership as plans for 2025 and beyond get underway!

DWG Member Meetings are reserved for for digital workplace leaders and practitioners from Fortune 1000, FTSE 100 or equivalent private and public sector organizations. Suppliers, consultants and students are not eligible to participate.
