AskDWG Discussion about the mobile digital workplace

Most digital workplace strategies aim to make it easy for employees to work from anywhere, anytime, using any device. Being able to work on mobile devices supports flexible schedules, helps people work more efficiently, and lets frontline workers stay connected.

Despite the benefits, progress in this area has been inconsistent. In this AskDWG Discussion, members will share their experiences and approaches to mobile. We’ll cover things like how to plan and manage a mobile digital workplace, implementation and adoption, security concerns, and how to know if it’s been successful.

Ilana Botha (Lead Consultant) and Andrea Brant (Head of Member Advisory Services) will co-host and facilitate this discussion circle. The session will give members the opportunity to share and discuss their successes, challenges, questions and learnings about mobile.
