Business Development Representative.

This is a new role within DWG. Working with Business Development and Marketing teams, you will build and prioritise target account lists, prospect new business opportunities, qualify their goals and pain-points, and identify how DWG can help them.

In addition, you will monitor, prioritise, and respond to DWG’s inbound leads and ensure that they flow through the sales pipeline accordingly.

Your objective will be to build and a maintain a full and busy pipeline of high quality leads that is managed through to our sales team.

Reporting to our Director of Marketing (Kate Algar) and Director of Business Growth (Ed Taylor), you’ll also work closely with all members of the management team and all other staff members at DWG

This freelance role will start at 8 hours a week from January and increase to around 24 hours a week from March. These hours will be worked over 4 days flexibly each week.

Who should apply and how

You will do well if you have experience in business development and/or outbound prospecting and are familiar with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and MS Dynamics CRM. We are seeking someone who is not afraid to speak to C-level prospects and who is keen to learn more about the trends and technologies within the digital workplace industry.

You’ll have a talent for finding new businesses and developing positive relationships, and you’ll be comfortable working in a flexible, remote environment.

You’ll be used to working on a freelance basis, be able to check emails and Teams daily for any urgent questions.

You’ll need to commit to

  • 1 call a week 1:1
  • 1 team call every 2 weeks

You’ll be looking for flexible work to fit around other work or ‘life’ outside work.

We have no offices and deal with clients and potential clients virtually, by email and phone, so you can be based anywhere as long as you can cover UK and/or East coast US working hours.
